School was over but uni hadn't started

And we left the party we were both too drunk to drive
And as she drove us round the back streets I don't know how we survived
But it wasn't our car anyway, how could we be so dumb

Well I dropped out of Uni cause it got too hard
When all you wanna do is drop in at the skate park
Hang out at the club ply pool with my friends
Nothing to do so we started a band and

Were not the greatest but we sure had some good times
So here's to rock n roll and alcohol, and feeling alive
And we could call in sick for work the next day, show up a little drunk
Cause we were young

I rarely party now and I try not to be so dumb
Because I know that I'm not bulletproof
But I still drink too much
And I look through the haze to halcyon days
I got no regrets about
those nights I don't remember
And the nights I wont forget
